Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Buxify app and dispatch service, as a customer requesting a delivery or as a rider carrying one. By creating an account or using Buxify, you agree to them.
1. What Buxify does
Buxify connects customers who need a parcel picked up and delivered with independent riders who carry it. Buxify is the platform that matches, tracks and confirms the delivery. Riders are independent and are not Buxify employees.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Riders must pass identity verification before they can accept deliveries.
3. Using the service
You agree to use Buxify only for lawful parcels. Buxify may refuse or cancel a delivery that involves prohibited, dangerous, or illegal items. Pricing is shown in the app before you confirm a booking.
4. Delivery confirmation
A delivery is considered complete once the receiver signs and the rider photographs the parcel at drop-off, both of which are saved to the trip record.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel a delivery before a rider arrives for pickup. A cancellation fee may apply once a rider has been dispatched, shown in the app at the time of cancellation.
6. Liability
Buxify takes reasonable care to match you with verified riders, but is not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including items that were not accurately described at booking.
7. Changes to these terms
Buxify may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
